Man, I'd love to have one of those! I did get to try a Dr. Pepper with Real Sugar a little while back and I was surprised that I wasn't nuts about it.

I think Cola has more room for variance than Dr Pepper since we compare it to many versions instead of one specific one

You are 100% on today! First, I am sorry about your power outage and troubles during the storm. I hope you didn't have any damage. We had a tornado that blew through a couple weeks ago and I lost power for 2 days and I ended up going to a hotel at the end because it was just too darned hot and I had no phone or internet or anything. GRRRR I hope you fared better. I love your thumbs up rather than the air quotes because you have a little smirk going on with the thumbs up that made us believe you were still sort of messing with us. LOL I am glad the cane sugar one had a cleaner, crisper finish. I am not surprised. I have tasted a difference over the past few years with Dr. P, and I am sure it is because I had different ingredients but didn't look. When I had to go to diet or nothing at all (boooo), I lost the ability to suss out differences in the onslaught of cane sugar vs. "other" sugar vs. HFCS. Glad to have you around to give us the 411.

Thanks for the kind words! Other than a lack of power, we lost a few shingles but those have been replaced. I'll try to do the thumbs up more, see if we can't get that to catch on. If you like Dr Pepper the Zero Sugar version of the Kroger brand Dr Pepper actually tastes closer to the flavor than Dr Pepper Zero. Just FYI!

@@TheSodaJerk I am sorry about the shingles, but glad it wasn't much worse! I used to LOVE Kroger brand sodas, actually. Sadly, when I was still in NC, Kroger changed to Harris Teeter (owned by Kroger - HT is a big NC store), and no Krogers where I am in IL. It makes me very sad.
