It's wonderful that the techniques are advancing. I hope orthopedic surgeons focus their efforts on mature spines as well, despite the challenges. After all, fusion of the lumbar spine is a desperate measure and reduces dramatically the quality of one's life.

Unfortunately, Dr. Trobisch does not accept adult patients. But he does see Canadian families all the time.
