I have known Patty and her family my whole life and we have ALWAYS known beyond a shadow of a doubt she is innocent. There is no one kinder than Patty Prewitt. Her family has suffered enough. They lost their Father and their Mother and they deserve to have her home! She is always so happy for others despite her own suffering. No one has been able to snuff out her beautiful spirit! 🙏🏻🎄

Thank you for clearing up every false information that the police and prosecutions office made up in the first place. Most people know she is innocent. But it grinds my gears when there are a few people who still think she is guilty, and that is despite me pointing out the nonexistent gunshot residue on her hands which of course tested negative. Those few arrogant people should do their research. Again thank you!

I live in Missouri, very familiar with this. They've probably made 10 shows about it..most of us the general consensus is she's guilty AF but should get paroled. Murderers get paroled after serving shorter sentences all the time and at 70 something years old I don't see the harm. I mean 30 years is a big chunk of time..but she'd have to come clean. And also I'm not immuned from being wrong, If I am I am but there's more to it than what people think. One thing they should allow is DNA testing on what they have, I live a county over from Pettis and they denied that request in 2018. Don't see the harm in that evidence being retested just in case. If it stands it stands

How could anyone assume she is guilty when there is forensic evidence that proves she didn't do it. There was no gunshot residue on her hands, backed up by tests that were proven to be negative, and not a shread of evidence that suggested any behavior, or possibilty that she would have murdered her husband, and that was backed up by her own children for gods sake.

The point is that you can't argue against something as damningly strong as forensic evidence. Did you listen to the Wrongful Conviction podcast by Lava for Good Productions?

I'm sorry so many times you hear the prosecution wanted to settle the case. She's innocent yet lost m9re than half her life for it and I'm sure the rest isn't going to be easy either. The prosecution in these cases should have to pay for this. They get away with what they did to her. Why because they are lawyers. Sickens me.

I wish Dr. Phil would address the Balenciaga scandal. It's bizarre at every angle and has a lot of conspiracy theorists and religious people in a frenzy but no one can deny there's a huge cause to be concerned when you add up all of the pieces to it.

That's easy for anyone to say, but not when you had to deal with 2 armed intruders who murdered your own husband, along with motherly instinct kicking over and putting the lives and safety of your own children as a priority, you don't think about yourself at that moment. There is so much that happened in such a short time that it is very easy to forget something like that when you don't think about yourself in that situation. You saying that she is lying is not only biased, but false. Read further about this case and look at the findings in the forensic evidence and you will see exactly what I mean! She is innocent!
