Great video as always. Nice house but it's over priced, the finishes are basic. I'd say knock the price down $75 - $100 thousand

This has a cool layout and space. Isn't it a bit pricy for 1 storey? Or its because of the area? Have you feautured any homes in Lake Nona and Lake Mary? Great tour again. 👍

Yeah it is pricey imo but it is because of the area. Unless you absolutely needed to be in Dr Phillips I would recommend otherwise. I have some tours scheduled for Lake Nona and I may do some in Lake Mary as well if I can get to them. Glad you enjoyed!! Appreciate the feedback!!

I agree with you but unfortunately that's just how they're doing new construction these days in highly demanded areas. Builders are trying to fit as many homes as they can inside of the Neighborhood to maximize profits. Only way to get more distance between neighbors these days are to pay extra for the premium lots which I think is worth it! Great observation and point tho!
