Hi Doctor. Can Renal food cause heart related issues? My dog was diagnosed with kidney disease last year and since then she is on Renal diet and now she has been diagnosed with enlarged left atrium. She has a history of babesia gibsoni as well. Can you please guide me on this? Is there any way to reverse the enlarged left atrium? Can diet change help it? Thank you :)
