I remember playing against a friend who was better at this game than I was. We were both doing our own things, then I heard a combo coming from his side of the screen, and it kept going and going. He started laughing maniacally at my impending doom from his epic twelve combo, and then he stopped abruptly when he realised that he could hear another combo happening, on my side of the screen. I got a combo that was one less than his, and we just kinda looked at each other as the whole top of the screen filled up with those angry red beans on both sides... After that, it became pretty much a game of who could make their beans fall more slowly. He did win, but we decided that it was a moral draw because we were both going to be doomed haha.

Oh no, my 13 combo has been topped! ,_, more than once as well judging by one of the comments saying they got a 14 on Cocunuts. I got a 13 against my dad and for a long time I had never seen or heard of anyone who has ever come near to it. I pulled that off when I was 5 (I had Sonic Mega Collection + and I played Mean Bean Machine more than Sonic 1, 2, 3 and Knuckles combined. I played it WAYYY too much and beat it 6 times over, I was actually better at it when I was 5 than now I'm 15.) The highest combo I had ever heard of anyone getting besides me before this video was a 7. Now everyone's getting 11s, 12, 14s, and 15s! This is impressive, regardless of the obvious amount luck needed. Your technique was very interesting, not many beans connected, but combinations of 2 colours often stayed in their own areas. This is a pretty clever strategy actually, it looks surprisingly flexible and helps to prevent you from setting off a chain too early.

Only once did I make an epic combo like this. I was around 9 and normally sucked at this game. I would get through the first 3 or 4 levels okay but then my cousins would pitch in to try to beat the harder bosses.
