@@X-MKFallout that’s why i said easy 50’s. usually with janet you got to do some overcomplicated rigmarole just to reach that damage. scorpion is far more simple and don’t have to use your entire meter supply to reach that threshold.

I don't want anyone to ever tell me again that Ermac has low damage. I just spent four hours in training mode and playing matches with a friend using Ermac with Janet and with Scorpion. I have found combos that I've clipped ranging from 43% to 60% with them. Caveat, the 60% is a fatal blow combo with Scorpion. Tldr, Ermac is my new favorite character in MK1.

Do you play with input shortcuts on? It makes the timing for forward 4 into down back 2 cancel so hard. It keeps making me teleport

I found it easier to just do the cancel and keep holding fwd and slide my finger into the fwd 4. Wayy easier than trying to time it can consistently get his overhead into the cancel combo.

He's not the worst. He requires more precision than other characters. His gameplay far as I know is keep constant pressure and proper spacing to throwing his overhead mix into a free combo.
