On the packaging on the back it says to use 2-3 a week so like we can’t use it daily as our normal toothpaste or what?

Thanks for the comment Bryan. I'm not sure I know what you are refferring to however. I went back and looked at the packaging and it says to use this toothpaste "after each meal". Not sure where the 2-3 a week is coming from. If you could be more detailed as to where to find that info I will research it for you. Dr E

But it contains glycerin and Carrageenan!

Thanks for the comment Wavy Zig. You are right on both accounts. But both substances are perfectly fine in the context they are being used for. Glycerin can be extracted from soybeans or palm plants. It is safe for human consumption and it cannot be used by bacteria in the mouth to create acids that break down your teeth. Another form of Glycerin is ethylene glycol. That substance is used in antifreeze and is very bad for you. That substance is not in this toothpaste. Carrageenan is extracted from seaweed and has been deemed safe by both the United States and European food and drug administrations. Hopefully this helps. There are many other all-natural toothpastes on OralCare.Club that don't have either of these products. Dr Jim Ellis

@@oralcareclub2762 Thank you. I bought the Sheffield toothpaste. I hadn't bought it in a long time. I remember my hygienist found my teeth good while I used it last time.
