I have ASICS Women's Gel-Cumulus 23 Mesh Knit Running Shoes I felt were not soft enough until I bought this inserts put them in my shoes and with the inserts that came with it made a huge difference I feel more comfortable I Love them is so worth it

These work well with my Caterpillar, Mobilize boots, you don't want it to thick in the toe area, which these don't, that makes these pretty good!

@basementdweller2830 sorry for late reply, on my red wings they did not help. However, my sketchers work boots they worked fantastically. I only put them in my sketchers because the factory insole was already worn out. I guess it works in some shoes or boots than others
