When a cow is killed inhumane to where the animal suffers..the animal itself sends chemical's through there body of anger,fear,like testosterone and when the animal dies these chemicals are in the meat..we consume this meat with all those chemicals still in the meat you are eating...why do see more people anger,mad,upset,in fear road rage all the time it's what we consume that's making us act this way.

Brought me back here. My son hip me to Dr. Sebi a couple of years ago. After listening and watching his videos I no longer drink sodas, cow milk, koolaid, juicey juice. I only drink 100% pure apple juice and water. I have started eating ginger, mushrooms, cucumbers, kale, avacado, cherry tomatoes, red potatoes, red yellow green peppers, pineapples, calantra, parsley, spring onions. I no longer eat pork and beef. I'm trying to get off that fish and turkey and just go vegan.

Nipsey Hustle RIP didnt bring me here. I have discovered Dr Sebi a while ago but never really went in pursuit of his diet and herbs even though I am plant based eater. Now that videos are popping up again and people access Dr Sebi s work through videos because they hear of him through Nipsey Hustle which I appreciate his talent so much, lets all practice and implement what wr learn and pass it to others.
