I'm on day 7 no weed. I smoked daily for over 20+ years. I used to lie to myself and say it was natural and caused no harm. Honestly can say my life has been on hold for the past 20yrs. (I'm 43) I finally got sick of my stagnation in life. I quit becuase I want to get to the next level. It is true, in order to climb higher you must get rid of baggage. Weed has definitely cost me to much $$$$ and held me back. Here's to the next level of life!!! Thanks for making this video and spreading the truth!

Dudes said some of the craziest shit I ever heard ever. And I know we are being lied to and poisoned by our leaders. Seriously tho these dudes have good intentions they just need to do their homework before they speak on things they don’t understand. Their heart is in the right place tho . Just be smart man and do your own research before you believe anything your ever told about anything. That’s my best advice

Yeeees, you are so correct. I too, tried to explain about food and eating by talking to people. And I can tell they're just tolerating me until I finally shut up. Yet come back in a week or 10 days talking about having shortness of breath, pain in their knees, sugar out of control and what can they do? You can tell when people are locked into tradition when you hear them say, ' I love my mac and cheese' or ' I'm not giving up my fried Chicken for nobody., ' What they're telling you about is their addiction to these foods. But of course if you say they are addicted to them they say no they're not. They can stop eating them whatever they want to. They don't know that this food industry has designed and engineered this food to be addictive and it does such blockage to your hormones that tell you when to eat and when to stop eating, You just sit and eat and eat and eat and are always hungry. Have you noticed you can go to a fast food restaurant, order a full meal and you are still looking for something to eat afterwards. All the best to you. Continued health and strength. And if family and friends need you you can at least point them in the right direction. They have to pick up the ball and run with it. All the best❤

Yahki spot on about regular water dehydrating your body I started catching on when I noticed that if I ate watermelon after a work out I wouldn't be thirsty but i drank a water bottle after a workout I would still be thirsty as hell.
@dwaynesanders572510 ай бұрын
It's the glycogen in your body that causes you to thirst for the water. I once you delete your glycogen out of the body everything will reverse. You won't need that much water and you'll urinate frequently as if you're drinking a lot of water. That can only be achieved through keto though. Sugar is a dehydrator

Thank you for all of this knowledge, This is great inspiration for me to continue my healing journey. Growing up, I would eat McDonald’s, twinkies, hot pockets, little cesars, ramen, vienna, sausage, etc. As a result of eating all of those acidic foods I struggled with a lot of demons and got bounced in and out of mental hospitals and group homes. After i got out, I was 250 lbs full of acne and awkward. I prayed to a power greater than myself to help me lose weight and I found a smoothie store that was hiring. As i worked there, I started to learn about fruits and veggies and alkaline diets and the nutrients and aminos. Long story short, I was able to lose 60+ lbs and reverse all of my “dis-ease” it really works. I’m grateful for this high level conversation and all the people who helped me along this journey. 💪😇👍🙏👍❤️🧡💛💚💙💜⚡️🥖🍷

But he doesn't seem to understand science. With quick Google search you'll see that what he said about snakes only growing the size of their tank is a myth. Snakes keep growing no matter the size of their environment. There's so many inspirational speakers out there that just spread false information because they didn't actually take the time to find out whether the information is true or not. Inspirational speaking isn't about truth or science. It's about making money by pulling in a gullible audience.
