Just an example, there are deities who have a lot of similarity with Shiva-Shakti. This is not co-incidental. Infact just a few centuries back there are traveller accounts. The statues of deities were sculpted by same set of arrists. There was no real line drawn between jains, buddhists and hindus. There was a uniform culture.

You may ask...then What does this brahmasutra mean... "एकं ब्रह्म द्विजो न अस्ति" Its means that brahman is one and there is no other brahman...
