Mr.Tharoor's speech resonates with the practical example of Dr.Adil Chagla, Neurosurgeon of K.E.M. as the role model who is motivated, focussed and abounds in charity and skill towards the poor who unhesitatingly look up to him for succour amidst the dismal eco-political situation and social conditions prevalent in our country.
