My shivers got overpowered by a stupid adapter…. I don’t know what would need to be replaced on the board

Possibly the voltage regulator, it looks like a transistor but it's got a chunk of metal on it for heat dissipation. That could be the culprit, but there are so many factors, it could be a lot of things. That sucks! I hope it gets fixed
