I love to see this Black Men in White Coats. I worked with your dad when he worked at Manor Medical. He is such a good doctor. I was searching for him a few years back for my mom (who was in Detroit at the time) and saw you and your dad pop up on the net. I said OMGoodness that has to be his son. My mom could never get an appoint. With him because He is the MAN. I am so proud to see that he is still in the community that I grew up. All the other doctors that I worked with left Dr Frencher is still there. I know you are an AWESOME doctor I can tell you have that passion like your dad. Your family is beautiful.

As a mentor of young people, even though sometimes I 'don't look like them'..MY responsibility is to keep an eye out for those young men who have the motivation toward medicine. And to do whatever I CAN as teacher, to guide them to the right resources, so they can achieve their dream, and serve their community as a Doctor.
