Wonderful guest. That, proverbial, "What'd you do this weekend?" was on my last nerve. They love to tell stories of their lives; they don't care what you did they just want to talk about them. Years ago, I worked at Home Depot and a "Brother" who worked there drove his "hooptie work-car," daily, one day he had issues & had to leave it w/his mechanic so he drove his pristine BMW in lieu of. Well, "they" stopped talking to him!!

Very late seeing your video because we are on the lakes. Watching now but I never had menopause problems, due to being physically fit, clean eating since 1980, using organic essential oils.
