like how Soyuz assumed the role of Chief without hesitation and is already making sure to unite the island. I feel his memory would be a really useful tool for Senku but I guess he would be more useful as the chief instead. Kid Senku watching fireworks was amusing, Byakuya was more like the child lol.

The overall message of the fireworks got me emotional. The last time I got so emotional is by watching Yuna perform the sending in Final Fantasy X. It's these moments that connects everyone who has lost a loved one and regardless if it was an anime or a video game both mediums tackles very mature themes and they handled it with care and grace. This is what makes watching anime or playing video games all the worth while.

Although the manga has finished, the mangaka and artist have stated recently that the story is NOT OVER so there’s a high chance we’ll get a Part 2 in the (near) future

I am always amazed by how well Dr stone is produced, the visuals and audio are always high quality. And the way they balance humor and touching moments are also masterfully done 👏👏

Senku is a Humanist. N I love that about him, he is always forward thinking so of course he's gonna acheive his childhood dream of reaching the moon in the process.

I remember the first time I witnessed someone filming fireworks. It was me in 2004, before digital-video was even a thing yet. My expensive videocamera used mini-DV tapes. And I recorded a LOT of stuff. But every time I would watch my recorded footage, I would get to the fireworks part and say "Why did I record this again? I should have just watched them with my eyes the first time". And people have still not learned my lesson from 20 years ago.

I should have commented this last week, but when the voice came through the speaker I thought maybe the villain why-man is Senku's Bio dad. However, I forgot that his bio dad would be long dead, and two, they said it was a synthetic voice.

I think I'm going to read the manga, I don't think I can wait more then a year for this story to end. Also I'm worried for the future and how the writer will make a space mission in the stone age believeable. PS: I'm just going to assume Ibara was beaten into dust off screen. It's a shame the way he ended the guy didn't get proper motivation or a good backstory. I would have wanted to see a full episodes dedicated to the past to explore his life.

Just as an fyi a lot of this was anime original. This one episode took and expanded a single chapter. In the manga we just saved the islanders, they accepted Soyuz as their new leader, and Senku & Kohaku had their nice moment together. All the fireworks was just the anime and cell phone tower was built in the background in the manga. The why is likely to end specifically where the next episode will end

@@AHBrandonReviews I can agree with that and I hope once we get to season 5 we get a lot more of this. The last leg of the story could use more expansion I feel.

@@partyjams Hopefully. I know this is just speculation, but it really feels like something happened to the author/artist that just made them finish it immediately

@@natalimoina not sure I can agree with that as the series ended (not counting sequel stuff) exactly five years from when it started. However if something did happen, I think it was the editor. We got a new editor for the last part of the story (think they worked on MHA before Dr Stone).
