This is my observation after working for 11 yrs in top IT MNC's. Might be im wrong....industry needs brainy dogs. Too much importance should not be given to these IIT-IIM wallas who mostly join private sectors and are money-earning machines. We do not need A category brains here... we need technical smart labourers. Rather more importance be given to PHd research and scientist people -- they will add value to society n can guide their students .
