after a long time, I can see a real social/economic issue being discussed and brainstormed..otherwise, all those never-ending political crap was a real waste of time and effort..keep giving these kind of issues more space in the mainstream media..we need to include social/economic agenda of this magnitude which are there in numbers in our society.. good luck bhushan ji!!

Fortification of packaged food can raise false sense of safety and it can be not only misleading but dangerous(more people will be attracted by false beliefs). Pre-processed food with fortification can never be a substitute for fresh,whole grain, high fibre food ! Instant noodles will remain instant noodles even with fortification. we need to raise awareness of all e.g. by educating school children, letting good doctors and nutritionist talk in media etc.

in order to make Nepali healthy, local/provincial leaders has to be included to know the root cause of insufficient diet at their places even in 21st century...is it because of lack of food or lack of awareness or lack of willingness to distribute...some say food problem like that of Karnali is result of giving false impression to people that "food received from aid" is better than locally available food(maize, corn, oats,millets)...
