God gave us free will to choose. If satan makes us sin then why would we be responsible for the sins we commit? This preacher is saying that the devil is going to hell for something much greater than sin which is something we can be forgiven of when we confess to God. All of our sins have been forgiven once Jesus died and took on all of our sins but never sinned himself. See we tense to do more wrong than the devil did but God given us a second chance to get it right and we still can repent and get into heaven but the devil never got a chance to repent . The devil can't make you do noting that you didn't already have your mind made up to do . The devil influences you to do what you thinking you going do. The devil job is to kill, steal and destroy .

It so sad to see people make comments about a man of God. Especially when using scriptures in the bible to back their comments up. For those of you who are talking ill will about this man of God is committing a sin. Even if you don't believe or agree with what this man of God is saying, it is a sin to talk ill will about any man or woman who has been called by God. You don't really for sure if he received his calling from God or not. You weren't there when it happen between him and God. Just like the calling each of you have on your lives. Nobody was there when each of you received your personal callings from our Heavenly Father. When you don't agree with what someone preach, Jesus teaches us to pray for understanding. When we pray we will then get the answer to our prayers. If you really do a deep study on the beginning of satan and sin you actually just might be surprise to find out who the author of sin is. John 8:44-For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies. Isaiah 14 God shows his error. God surely didn't sin because we wouldn't be here if we did. Praise was not satan's sin...wanting to be like God and to try to usurp God's authority is the reason why he sinned. The doctrine that "prophet" hall teaches is very destructive and will cause many to praise God right into Hell. Praise doesn't save you! Those who have called on the name of Jesus and turned from their wicked and ungodly lifestyles...will be saved. If you can prove other wise with sound biblical discernment that Satan was found to be sinless and not the originator of sin since It clearly states it was found in him, please show us... if not Tod Hall is wrong and everyone who Amens and affirm this foolishness will be held accountable for their own ignorance!

Kar Flow I agree with you on hall's teaching on praise, however, I disagree with your assessment of the meanings behind the scripture you yourself provided. Ezekiel 28:15, if he was referring to Satan there, than to whom was referring to in 1John 3:8? If they be the same person, then how is one both blameless from the beginning and sinning from the beginning?

Terrence Duncan He was blameless from the beginning because God created him perfect and at the same time he was the first to sin because it was found in him. Satan is the foundation of all sin. To say Jesus said he is the father of all Lies... meaning that if he's the father, meaning that he had to tell the first lie; which is a sin. What "prophet Tod" is stating that praise is what kicked him out is entirely incorrect. It was his ambition and desire to be worshiped and be above the creator. He wanted to exalt his throne above the most high. The king of Tyer in Ezekiel was compared to satan and his fall from heaven. God created him knowing that would be found in him... so it is possible to be blameless from the beginning yet to have sinned from the beginning, because sin doesn't start with the action, it starts with the entertaining of the thought.He fell before the insurrection.

Issue is, the church has taught against "sin" for ever without defining what sin actually is. According to scripture, sin is transgression of the law. There is also iniquity which is perverting or twisting truth to convince yourself or others that sin is not sin. The church teaches that we are no longer under the law as "new testament christians". This is the issue. Now everybody is free to sin with out conviction. This is the true problem. He is right that satan has less power than the church likes to give him, but he is the orchestrator of the systems that lead people right i to sin, including the lie that we are no longer under the Torah.

Anything that is ungodly finds its origin within Satan. In the garden, he sought to promote and did promote his principles of his kingdom to Eve. His principles is first to challenge our knowledge of what God's says, and then present a contradictory view, and then hope that we cannot cast that thought down. Satan was cast from Heaven due to his sins and his sinful influence on 1/3 of the angelic host.
