Actually pbs most iconic villan is the hacker from cyber chase not this guy so it should be one of the best characters also he has 2 issues the first is how disturbing his character is he’s half controlled by a mouse he isn’t a person he’s 2 being combined to form 1 body it’s harder to enjoy him knowing he’s not a single person the second is the mouse brain makes him disturbing and decreases his handsomeness

For being a Japanese thing but lots of people do it just because it's a carpet thing. Me it's a little bit of both. I quite enjoy that entire episode.
