No. There are only a hand full of DR650's up here other than the summer days crowd on the Alaska Hwy. That would be nice, maybe a black and blue thing... how fittting! Plasti dip? Happy trails.

Plastic permeates with gasoline chemicals and actually "breaths". Not sure any paint would stick long term.

Did you go with the carbon fiber on top and sides? Are you still happy with it?

It does have a carbon fiber look but i never really thought about it. I just ordered the commuter seat and voila! A seat showed up lol. Like it lots. Only whine: it's a hard foam. Seems pretty tuff after 3000+ kms. It ain't coming off anytime soon.
