By most estimates, planning and building the full-size DRACO should have taken years. Entrepreneur Mike Patey - whose exceptional drive and Back to Work™ ethic have inspired thousands of people - accomplished it in just over five months! Mike started with a Wilga 2000, replacing its Lycoming O-540 piston engine with a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-28 turboprop boasting about twice the power at half the weight. Many additional modifications followed before Mike proudly unveiled his "ultimate bush plane". It could go to the same places as a Carbon Cub, but also climb twice as fast; reach altitudes up to 28,000 feet; and cruise cross-country at 180 MPH while carrying four people plus gear. Changes from the Wilga were so extensive that the FAA approved Mike's redesign as an experimental exhibition aircraft. The DRACO 2.0m is equally unique and astounding - and it's also one of the most highly-engineered, detailed and feature-rich E-flite® aircraft yet!

I'm waiting for a all s*** moment where you flip the switch and a parachute will come out and save your plane before it impacts something right. And of course it parachutes got to be tied to a rubber band or a bungee strap ripcord so to speak.

*Thank you.* I'm on the verge of purchasing the Draco and I've enjoyed your presentation. I like the OV-10 too. I've noticed what appears to be pyramidal mounds in the back ground, did you know that Native Americans along the Mississippi lived in houses long before the Europeans arrived in America? Did you know that the French arrived in America and began colonizing 60 to 80 years before the Pilgrims ever set sail on the Mayflower? The Mississippi people were the only Native Americans to have defeated the Spanish, The Mayan people gave the Spanish a hell of a fight which lasted for several years before they fell. The Aztec people also believed in a Blood sacrifice for their Sins, they just believed it should be done more frequently than what the Christians believe.

Reverse isn't new. My ultimate 3d biplane has it. I use it a ton flying 3d. Does take a bit to get used to.

Awesome awesome awesome. $600 is a lot of money to spend on a plane at least in my opinion. But like you guys said, it’s a good value for this plane. Given the size, quality and features I think it’s well worth it if you are willing to spend that kind of money.

It is actually not that expensive for the size of plane it is an equivalent in balsa would be over $1k and would still need to be assembled. That being said I know it’s not for everyone’s budget
