Its not actually a Hallucination... Its called Phantom Form. Phantom Form was one of the forms Vlad could transform too, basically when dodging attacks or like going through certain weapon attacks and counterattacking, but I guess here, he was basically nerfed like Vecna, so he couldn't use it to actually his base ability. Would have been cool if he could have used phantom form to like dodge flashlights or something, but I guessed deemed too powerful?

I’d say Vecna because in canon he is so powerful that he is, at the moment, the only killer who literally had to have power limiter put onto him by the Entity simply because he’s far too strong and is the only killer who poses a real threat to the Entity’s power. Dracula is definitely very strong, that I’m not denying. I’m just saying that the game is flat out telling us who is stronger.

@@DredgeCeiling Sure, a lot of killers also get Nerf by the entity. But this is simply the entities well-being put upon them, and not allowing them to do specific things. Nemesis is not able to mutate, Wesker is physically weakened and slowed down greatly, and Freddy Krueger‘s dreams powers are *SERIOUSLY* limited. But that’s pretty much just a byproduct of being in the Entity’s realm at all, Vecna is different. The way the Entity treats Vecna in terms of restricting his powers is pretty much a “fuck you in particular” situation. At the moment, the undead sorcerer is weakened to the point where he is still very powerful, but not strong enough to oppose the Entity thanks to the mark. But of all the killers currently residing in the realm, the Lich is the only one who realistically would and could bring it down. That’s the whole reason he came to the realm in the first place. To learn its secrets and eventually destroy it. Think of it like this. A zookeeper (which represents the Entity) has a den filled with animals like lizards and large rodents (who, in this instance, represent the killers). And these rodents and lizards are pursuing much smaller creatures like bugs (who represent the survivors). But then, the zookeeper introduces a large dog with a shock collar. This collar is keeping the dog in line, but that dog despises the zookeeper, and the moment it gets the chance, it’s going in for the kill. The zookeeper is aware of the fact that the large dog is the only animal who could realistically attack and attempt to kill him and succeeded. Sure, even without that collar, the zookeeper is still bigger than the dog. But if the zookeeper were to fight the different animals in a 1v1, he would easily win each fight. The same does not go for the dog, because if these two were to fight there is still a very real chance of victory for the dog. If an unrestricted Vecna and the Entity were to face each other, while the odds are still mostly in the Entity’s favor, there is still a concerningly high chance of victory for the Lich. Probably a 40% chance I’d say. Whereas all the other killers would be lucky to even make it into the double digits. Something else I’d like to point out is the fact that, even though Dracula is an incredibly powerful vampire, vampires do still have restrictions and weaknesses. And as far as I’m concerned, Vecna has none. You can’t even use the argument that he’s still a human being because he really isn’t seeing as he had ascended to Lichdom. Most wizards were lucky to obtain mastery of even one form of magic. But according to his lore, Vecna had perfected literally all of them (including the forms of magic that were restricted and forbidden, such as necromancy). OK, I think I’m done my yapping for now.

Dracula is badass and fun as hell to play as. His abilities and powers take some practice, but once you get familiar with e everything you'll have a blast. I honestly think hes the coolest killer in the game atm.
