This chapter feels like such a dud. What does Dracula actually bring to the table? His flame pillar is just PH's Punishment of the Damned, his wolf form is just Demo's shred plus fur, and his Bat form is Spirit's Phase Walk but tweaked to be less effective. "Oh, but you can switch between them." Okay. And? Is every killer just going to be 'x but slightly adjusted' from now on? And what are his perks? Seriously, what are they? I saw them once and immediately forgot because they were so lame and lackluster.
