Just a quick note: You can use a rust-repair kit on the buggy, if you don't want it looking so... Well, rusty. You can also paint it, same way you did your car, if you want a yellow buggy to match your other vehicles. Also, on the towtruck there was an option to tow "le missile". What is that? Does anyone know?

Unless you know how to program around it, in most game engines, when the character (you) sit in or otherwise interact with a vehicle that moves, the character's location and movement becomes attached to the vehicle's position and movement (referred to as parent object relative translation (movement) or "local position") *It's not a physics based function that holds you in the boat or car while driving it.* When you stand up or stop driving, the character's location and movement becomes independent of the vehicle's location and movement and begins to rely on object collision and what ever physics are applied to the character. When you stand up in the moving boat, the boat moves out from under your feet before the game engine has time to detect the collision between your character's contact point (character's feet) and the boat. A LOT of game developers don't understand how this works. Example: *Emperion;* leave your seat while your base ship is moving through space and you get left behind. *Zompiercer* and Railroads Online are good examples of a developer that knows how to refine the basic game engine object movement functions - when the character is in contact with the train in any way, it's movement becomes relative only to the trains position and movement. "local position" rather than "global position".

Not really. Even if you buy the boat, there is almost no fuel in it. So, you still get stuck in the water where you are slowed down to nothing.

@@broknightyt9789 Aside from the truck, every vehicle starts with almost no fuel. Knowing that, you check the fuel first, before you drive off. I brought the fuel can when I intended to buy the boat because I knew it would be empty like everything else. I tried to put fuel in it before I bought it and it wouldn’t let me. I almost didn’t buy it thinking the locked fuel cap might be a glitch. If you have played the game, you start to see the norms for the game, like empty fuel tanks, and expect them. So, it’s not surprising at all if you have played the game.

@@adamr9215 yes but when you first notice its drivable is your first thoughtnreally "I ought check the fue" or is it "holy short i can just steal it?!". your logic comes from " oh i wouldnt fall for it", but i think it is clearly intended to be some form of trap for those dumb enough to try to steal it without checking the fuel

when the maple syrup selling place is not open if you remember where the green circle is you can put your barrels there and when it opens they will automatically sell and you dont got to leave the house until you need to pick up the barrels

I bought the boat and still died the same way. Was just having a joyride, ran out of fuel, then suddenly it's night and the needs are skyrocketing.. water is apparently as dense as quicksand.
