I was so happy when I figured out i can hold LMB to pick up garbage, before that i spamed E on every little piece. It is so much faster, and you do not need to be right on the garbage piece itself.

Hey Drae, love your vids and don’t normally comment. Been playing this game with buddies because of you. Here’s some tips that we’ve found: 1) you can override gas in the gas can. If you have unleaded in it and needed diesel, plugging the diesel pump into the can gets rid of the unleaded and fills the can with diesel 2) both gas stations only have 2 gas cans but if you save and reload the game, the cans reappear. We have about 30 cans right now 3) the battery works with the generator. It holds 10k watts so if your generator makes excess power the battery stores some of it. 4) if you have leftover paint, no matter what color, you can use it on the walls. The last color you use on the wall to complete it is what color it will become. So for example: you can use black to paint 85% of the wall and finish the last 5% with purple, the wall will be purple. You don’t have to color over the previously used color 5) when playing multiplayer, demos aren’t very friendly. We tried to demo a 2 story building and it kept causing the game to crash no matter what we did. The host had to do the demoing himself until he could complete it

if you enable motion sickness mode it makes it so u can apply plaster and paint without having to move ur mouse around and its much faster u just click and hold. great video. im doing my own series on this game and i love it.

If you paint the original way, I can do a 16 bucket house with 4 buckets or less. It tracks the amount of time looking at the wall but paints all wall looked at so if you look at half the wall in less than a second it paints it with minimal loss to paint in roller, and I also have max level roller holding 200 paint and having a big aoe

the compresser thing is so annoying to use untill you upgrade it again. now you don't need to open door or anything. just put your trash box on conveyor belt and it will do the rest. also you need battery to store power. fuel generator generate power fast but without battery it just gone to waste.

The pattern of the floor tiles is dictated by the direction you're dragging from. So if you want it to look right you have to make sure you're dragging in the same direction with every section you lay down. If you just drag in random directions with every section of floor you lay down then the patterns will be mismatched all over the place.

In real life, you can buy different colors for gas cans to help you know the difference but you can feel them with whatever. You need a battery for your power station. The wind turbine and the next level upgrade compresser are really worth it. Selling houses you build usually help make the money so much faster. Unfortunately, my current house is glitched and I can't complete it or sell it. 😢 hopefully they fix it soon.

Your right Drae diesel is yellow or blue, gas is red, and kerosene is blue. Green is for oil. At least that's the industry standard.

You arent wromg, Drae! Diesel comtainers (at least in Ontario) are yellow! But its just to differentiate what is in each container, only the colour is different, not the material.

Ugh I think the battery and solar panel would be best for starting out. Investing into the fuel would just be a massive grind to skip solar and other less productive means when you’ll have leaped ahead in your power consumption to the point solar is negligible. At least the storage solar would charge the battery for only 100k and let you compress stuff constantly even if you have to wait a min between presses since you need to retrieve two between each press

The problem with the diesel evaporating from the generator sounds like something the developer needs to fix. It should last longer and fill that gauge on the generator more. Otherwise you'll need to invest a lot of time filling jerry cans with diesel and carting them back. That doesn't sound like fun to me, so the developer should change it. Maybe have 1 can fill the generator 25% instead of... what... 5%? 2%?
