G-Men aren’t trading up. They might trade down for more picks, but think they’ll take one of the top OT or WRs. They’re still rollin’ with DJ behind center - for at least one more year.

Outside of CB, the Giants are going heavy on offense. This is the draft to load up on weapons for Jones. I see them taking Nabers at #6 (I’d be happy if Harrison gets past the Cards and Chargers but I don't see that happening). Part of why I think the Giants didn't grab a big-time WR in free agency. No way they're going for McCarthy. However, they're likely to take Daniels if he drops out of the top five. It's too good for Schoen to pass up. If they're drafting a QB it’s either Nix or Rattler in the 3rd Round. My preference is for Pennix from U. of Washington, but I could see the Giants being concerned with his injury history. Alt is the choice if Nabers and Harrison are off the board. It's a safe choice, but a good one. Alt is the safety valve for the Giants.

I’ve done a lot of mocks with ARI and I think the idea of trading back would be to get a) future picks and b) more picks to maneuver in the draft. And just from a value perspective, if some team offers me 3 1st rounders or close to that, I’m taking that over Harrison all day. Think of all the non-QBs in the NFL who are worth 3 1st round picks…. I can’t think of a single one. I had one draft where MIN offered 11, 23, and a ‘25 1st for pick 4 and a ‘25 4th. I took it and drafted Dallas Turner at 11, Brian Thomas at 23. I then got Jerzhan Newton at 27, and then traded pick 35, 71, and 138 to Detroit for pick 29 because Cooper Dejean was still on the board. Thats 4 first rounders while still keeping a couple premium day 2 picks. I don’t think a scenario like that is all that unrealistic. The Cardinals are in the unique position of having boat loads of draft capital AND a highly desirable pick that teams might sell the farm for. If the opportunity presents itself, I’d definitely move back with the intention of consolidating those extra picks later. If I went with that strategy, my goal would be to end up with about 9 picks, but have 3-4 of those be 1st rounders and 2-3 more of those be day 2 picks.

The qbs ain't even worth 3 1st round picks. And every 1st round pick is incrementally worth less every year so getting Jr who is arguably the best receiving prospect since maybe randy moss he is definitely worth more than trading back.

Yep, I blame this obsession with the Top 5-10 teams/picks. I understand that selections ripple down the board, but anything can and will happen. They need to focus on the other 22 teams in the NFL beyond these lower teams

brockman is the shallowest ever... he doesnt think that much, most picks "the bears", ....because they got the 1st pick thats why, doesnt think that further... so it means he didnt even do any mock drafts, because when u do it, u can see that the bears got the less... i thought the cards would be in the mix because what they did last draft. probably brockman doesnt remember the last draft... and i thought my packers should have a lot. in part from the jets and the bills.
