The product is greater than the sum of its parts. The RE team understands this, and more than most, that: A) you need the 3 C's to be successful. Content. Consistency, Charisma. B) There is so much going on behind the scenes that the viewers don't know about. I.e. producers on TNT in Earnie's ear saying let-em go or shut-em down at the right times. Just like a comedian knowing timing and where to draw the line. C) When you have/had lightning in a bottle, it cannot be replicated or copied/pasted/moved. Fans know where to get them, and what they're going to get. The false sense that we can buy the show and move it to our location has so many pitfalls, it will for sure fail. They are both friends and this is their locker room. They have loyalty to the friends and staff that pull the show together behind the scenes. I know this team will rebel against anything other than TNT. The NBA needs to understand that this show is partly responsible for the success of the NBA. If it aint broke, don't fix it!

Like Rich said, executives like to put their own stamp on things, even if they end up with a vastly inferior product. 💯💯💯💯 if they think that Lefkoe, Wade, and Candace Parker are going to replace any one of the guys on TNT now, the NBA are in for a rude awakening from the snooze fest those guys or anyone else they’ve tried so far would bring.

I started watching basketball because these guys made it fun and interesting. I've stayed up late to see their take and their antics. Doubtful I would stay a fan if these guys go away. Think about that NBA I know I'm not alone !! Be smart fellas ...show these boys a lot of love !!

It breaks my heart that anyone would break up these guys.

NBA has to know the value the entire Inside the NBA team brings to the table for hardcore and non hardcore fans. Money talks, but it'd be a shame if they don't let these guys dictate how and when to end their tv careers. Even if the four move to a new network, it just wouldn't feel the same. They're the best at what they do and that also includes the entire production team.

These guys and their crew are fantastic. Amazon/NBC would need to bring them in for the product to work...

Oh, please! I don't want ESPN to get its hands on the show due to greed by the owners. The program's a national treasure for & ambassador of the sport in part because of the humor displayed by that quartet.

I will be so damn heartbroken to know this show is coming to an end 😢

Doug collins, Hubie brown, and these four are who I like to listen to: teachers of the game and the grind with added humor -- not talking heads trying to out click each other. That's why ESPN gets no love in my house. Free Jalen Rose.

David Zaslav is to blame here if NBA on TNT dies. This is looking like a repeat of WCW being sold after the AOL Time Warner merger
