This is the second part of the video.
The removal of the intake manifold of this Hyundai Accent is a difficult job. It requires a specific tool to get the job done. Take note that 3/8's socket sets are useful in this job.

intake manifold to cylinder head torques for bolts and nuts should be between 19.6 - 23.5N.m

Me install oil catch can so no oil entering intake manifold.Manifold always clean,no cleaning.

After watching all of those videos, I can say that disassembling the intake manifold and egr is quite difficult. Question: Can you remove the manifold without using a size 12 deep/narrow socket? I only have the regular sockets with extensions.

Thank you very much for watching my videos! Yeah, it is a difficult job. I've already tried two different brands of sockets. Both are short and 12mm and none of them worked. By the way, I am using a 1/2 drive. Since I was using a 1/2 drive, I used a long/deep 12mm socket to solve that problem. The part of the body of the socket where the extension attaches is too large for it to pass through. I haven't tried this but I guess if I was using a 3/8 drives, it might have worked since it has a smaller extensions and socket dimensions which pass through in between the intake manifold and bolt.

It was a nightmare. Hyundai i30 very similar so used this video. Nothing on this car is easy everything is in the way. Had to take so many parts off even including the thermostat flange. I used ¼ inch drive extension and sockets for the manifold and a few other bits, just no room. At least with the i30 I didn't have to remove the bumper.🙄

There is not pcv valve the valve cover have build in oil retainer which stops oil going through to the intake which is a bad design and oil still passes through
