I used to be super paranoid about my welds being perfectly prepped with perfect penetration. But after watching and listening to Andrew, I realized that for my purposes, a decent weld with minimum prep is fine for the majority of what I do as life and safety are not usually at stake with my repairs. I don't think he's ever had one fail and neither have I. If I need a weld in a critical area where someone might get hurt if it fails, I call in a pro. Cheers

You don't think a trailer jack is a critical weld? I mean, I get what you are saying, he welds over paint and rust all the time and they all seem to hold but really it doesn't take that much longer to just hit it with a flap wheel first. I don't really get it because usually he is going out of his way to make sure things are done right but with weld prep it's like he has never even heard of it.

Yes! I was just telling my fiancee last night how it should be any day now that Andrew release a new video. What a nice way to wake up this morning. I've been debating on getting me a trailer similar to that or what I think I really need is a half tilt for my equipment. Love the videos man and I can't wait for the new loader and the new dozer vids.

Why don't you sell the Bobcat? You said yourself it breaks all the time, which we see again and again in the videos, and your new machines can easily replace it.

I'm guessing he don't want to store anything good on the cabin property. Vandals, scavengers, you know.. If Andrew parks his dozers there, he should scrounge up some cans big enough to go over the exhaust pipes . Wrap some duct tape around it to keep the rain and snow out. My cousin done that when he stored his longliner during the winter months.
