LMAO! Love Dragnet, but this episode should be retitled “How many times can we violate the 4th Amendment with totally inadmissible illegal search and seizure!” I can’t think of one thing they did legally here. No, you don’t have to “go with them downtown to talk,” don’t have to let them into your apartment to “talk,” and they have no right to search through your closet and open bags. “What have you got to hide?” The correct answer is “your Mom’s underwear!” 😉
