This game is going to be the Sabrina with the pancakes meme with romance. Spoiled for choice and I surely can't pick them all in one playthrough (probably) 😭

I think explanation could be that Davrin's clan is from areas around Tevinter. In Origins when you play Dalish elf, the elves are pale white, but they were living in Brecillian forest. Humans of Ferelden are also pale. In Dragon Age II you already had more in general human populations being more tanned, more used to Kirkwall's temperatures. Sure Hawke would be pale but they were living in Lothering (unless you made Hawke dark skinned yourself that is). We know that Rivain and Tevinter already have darker skin toned humans - as we saw how Isabella looks like as Rivani and then we have both Dorian and Neve skin tones, while being from Tevinter. Elves in such areas should also be darker on skin tone. Pale elves made sense in pale humans land. Darker elves will make sense in darker humans land. In Inquisition you COULD create black dalish elf. There was an option for that, though Inquisition lacked in these regards. I am confused, you mean the Corypheus ability to jump to tainted creatures or the False Calling issue. I am interested if Davrin will suffer the latter, as I could be misremembering but Inquisition said Weisshaupt Wardens started to report hearing Calling on mass and prematurely for no reason. However it was doubtful Corypheus work, there is load of land between Nevarra and Orlais to cover for one darkspawn magister. Davrin could be both checks (Weisshaupt + he is young) for case of False Calling. (if I remember Inquisition correctly and IF BioWare would even do something with that Fake Calling issue - it's been almost 10 years since previous game speaking about it, they could have dropped it) I would be more worried that BioWare confirmed archdemons .. you need a Warden to die to kill archdemon .... Dwarf Gimli and elf Legolas. They were having competition who killed more enemies. I think that trailer showed Davrin being there already, as he was showing up probably following Assan. We'e supposed to see Assan's brothers and sisters in game, as BioWare confirmed. I wonder if Veilguard isn't end of Grey Wardens, they existed to kill Archdemons. We only missed last two .. and two are here in game. Real Blackwall died fighting darkspawn.

I did not realize Liane Merciel wrote Last Flight. I used to play a chat rpg with them many a moon ago called Parthos. I’ll have to check it out.
