All of this sounds very interesting, but what I am looking most forward to is the announcement of the release date. We've been waiting for this game for nearly 10 years, so finally being able to mark our calendars for the actual release date is very exciting :D

I think the gameplay reveal is a good thing. I don’t game religiously, but it seems to me they need to prove to an untrusting fanbase that the game works and isn’t glitched to high heaven after a long development process. I could be wrong though. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m sure someone will reply to this letting me know if I am. 😂

i've honestly been so excited about the prospect of the reveal that i actually haven't stopped to think about what specifically it'll even involve until just now - these are all good speculations though i think you're probably right about the kind of stuff that'll be there. i didn't even consider the possibility of hearing music along with the gameplay and now i'm even more hyped for that, definitely gonna be a wild ride no matter what we end up seeing or not.

I'd say at this point I'm expecting something similar to the Crestwood promo video for Inquisition (ie there's combat and conversation though it's all pretty carefully crafted to be demo specific, so that it doesn't give away what's clearly a plot detail) It's mainly there so they can get their major talking points for what the game "is" and showcase some basic stuff. I don't expect to see origins if they exist, though I'm happy to be surprised on that front

I expect everything one can expect from EA. Always online DRM, day-one DLC, a botched launch, microtransactions, overpriced DLC, Etc Etc Etc. I'd be a fool to expect anything else, since EA has not provided me any evidence saying I should expect otherwise.

I'm hoping to see two things from Origins and one from 2. I really would like to see fighters to get their bows back and the two weapon loadouts. From 2, I want the resource gathering, you know, find a location where the resource is and that's permanent. I get really tired walking around picking flowers. Aside from that, I just hope the combat hasn't become too twitch oriented. I'm old and slow. I have confidence in Bioware for the story, etc.

So expect gameplay with little to no details given. Sounds like public relations talk. I expect more, but it's probably wishful thinking on my part. I'm tired of all this talk by BioWare and they providing nothing to show for it. Yeah, I'll wait for the reveal. Thanks for the video and good luck with the channel.

If it's the start of the game... Probably! Though either it'll be brief (15 mins+ for the whole reveal for the start of the game) and won't show too much, or there actually won't be any 'playing the game' it'll all/mostly be character creator- because if they go into it, we'll be looking at races, hint to backgrounds/surnames for protag, gender (perhaps trans/nonbinary character options in the creator?), skin, hair, eyes, all that. So, yeah - it'd actually be super awesome if they show character creation! It's definitely a possibility- though I suspect they want to show off what the game looks like most of all (in-game animations, world design, movement/abilities, etc). (Bit of a long answer, sorry, but an excellent consideration thanks for sharing that!)

This game is going to be a dumpster fire. The Creative Director is objectively mentally-ill. It's ok though, I stopped caring about the franchise when he was named as the CD and I'm going to laugh when the game loses millions just like every other game pushing "the message."

Complete objectively we are all mentally I’ll to spend extend. Some more than others and in different forms which are either still healthy or not. It’s totally fine if someone in a lead position as a mental illness IF they don’t try to influence their surroundings and works (like here the game) with it.
