In the manga in the Granola arc when it talked about Namekians being on other planets other than Namek like Planet Cereal the elder said that the Namekains came to the universe from another realm entirely, so maybe they can make the Namekians come from the demon realm and have them be a type or sub-form of demons themselves, thereby making the "King Demon Piccolo" title more accurate. And one a side note, in the Resurrection F arc Sorbe said that they were tracking down surviving Namekians and things like that, now in the Moro Arc, Jaco thought that the Namekians were all dead, but then Goku explained to Jaco that they managed to save all of the Namekians, well almost all of them because the ones that Vegeta killed are still dead, but anyway, Goku went on to say that for their own safety no one was supposed to know where they were living. So the Namekian's existence and New Planet Namek's existence was not supposed to be knowledge that the universe knew about. Now what Sorbe was talking about tracking down Namekian survivors, maybe the Frieza force knew about the survival of the Namekian race from inside sources like from the people there with Frieza on Namek, or people monitoring the battle between Goku and Frieza on Namek, or data from Frieza's ship or one of the Ginyu Force pods that Goku took to arrive on Yardrat, any number of things, like when Cranberry knew about New Planet Namek in the Moro Arc, because I don't believe that he knew that the planet got blown up and replaced. However, what if Sorbe and the rest of the Frieza Force didn't actually know about the Namekians surviving and getting a new planet, and that the Namekians that they were keeping tabs on were Namekians like the ones on Planet Cereal that reside on places other than Planet Namek and they don't know it, but the planets in which they are on could have their own Dragon Balls. Tell me what you all think.
