Spirit Bomb can be deflected if you're pure at heart but that doesn't mean you can't get hurt. In this case, the good Android 21 is sacrificing herself and not willing to deflect it.

This is incorrect. Buu was deflecting the spirit bomb. Only small spirit bomb has the pure of heart drawback.

Should have kept 21 around and probably just made her good half look like a white Majin with 21's human form outfit and scarlet red hair, but she had the pores that are around her body and are her ears, and keeping the tail, love that 21 have a tail. Making it show she is a pure Buu, but pure good, so it's like the opposite of when fat Buu made evil Buu, 21's DNA was unstable until this and the good half is the perfect stable mix but it took away her power while the evil half is very unstable and have nearly all of the power.

Saiyan saga - killed by Piccolo, Namek - believed to have died in the explosion by King Kai, Cell - sacrificed himself, Buu - he was dead in the beginning when he returned from the afterlife for 1 day.
