In my opinion, if you don't have money (in the game), and you have the gamepass, use the htc. If you have money, use the gravity chamber (unless you're saving up for something).

If you don't have money go to namek , and farm the rock quest you get 13,000 for finishing it , usually there are far stronger players there farming the rock so you just gotta get the quest and wait for them to do the work.

I prefer the GC mainly because you don't need to pay real money just to use it and you can use weights which helps in getting much more Strength and durabillity.

I wish the npcs had their own fighting styles , not charge at you like mindless robots , charge their attacks a bit longer so you can charge yours as well [ mayby beam clash one day ] and they definitly should make them block and dodge from time to time so its more entertaining.

Gravity chamber before levels were removed is stats based, htc is a place to focus on 1 stat to train and its been like that for a long time.

If you want a legitimate answer he used a Macro in the HTC. Basically it would block a punch for him during the minigame and he can just leave it on to grind his defense for him. However the risk to doing that is that if you see any members of the game's discord in game you gotta dip because if you're discovered using a defense macro they ban you. Also he has a good gaming chair.

Meaning you only get 30 minutes of use out of the htc, while i’ve seen gc’s with 31 hour timers remaining There’s also no way to heal in the htc, so if you get low, you’re kinda screwed
