In this meta and how the gameplay has evolved, shenrons plat should at least gave him cover change nullification, element factor nullification and endurance nullification. If toshi wanted to do a good job with an ultra, not only he should have given him the things i stated, but also blast armor in the ulty and a unique cover change animation since he is the only unit that hasn't one.

Keep in mind his ultra ability gives him 10% damage inflicted per gt party members and the bench counts as those too, if you run a full gt u get 60% damage i flicted only from his ability
