The reason for Vegito's counter increasing the gauge is because it is considered a strike card. He gets bonus strike damage on that counter for the strike art that is the counter.

@@maxisdead2153 Well how do you explain MUI counters not working ? It is literally in Vegito's kit stated that it is when he uses a strike arts + increases strike arts damage. Thus they made it so the counter is considered a strike so that all the damage bonus goes in it. It's simply programming, not some assumption. Also a page from his kit : While charging forward with a Strike Arts, if own Unique Gauge is at 30% or more, consumes entire Unique Gauge to counter enemy's Tap Shots or Blast Arts, dealing Impact damage to the enemy. - The damage from this attack is treated as if it's from *a Strike Arts* , and any abilities that applied to the Arts Card used beforehand will apply to the counter as well.

peak fusion team right now imo would be having a really good PO unit on leader with the 2 ultras. You can have either androids or the new cooler depending on your playstyle/star count.

Peak Fusion is imo UI and the Ultras. UI even with the combat update has enough presence to help the other two steamroll through the match. Granted you shouldn't be playing fully defensively with UI, at least that's how I use him.

after using both broly and MUI on leader slot of Fusions, broly is just better. He can get naturally zenkai buffed by SV, brings 40% double defense which alongside USV's 40% double defense z ability and double hp makes the team very tanky. Plus the color synergy of the three ultras is just better and completely shuts down Dragon fist which was the biggest threat to the team.

Broly is mostly a utility defensive unit. He is a disruptor, with good damage, building him defensively is better so that you can trigger his gauge more often. Vegito is a character that can be built defensively and it works very well (except against cooler lol) with his endurence and good defensive utility (although I would also build Vegito offensively if I had him) the only pure offensive unit is Gogeta on the team.
