He only gets about 2 stop times on average which isn't as much as some people hoped for but imo the way you should look at it is that he basically 3 ultimates. His ult card plus his 2 stop times. They do about the same amount of burst damage. Also something I don't see talked about enough is that his stop time also acts as a guaranteed four card heal as well. Don't know if he's the best but probably top 5 at least.

Hit actually feels like the first genuine ultra character to me. None of the others have that “ this is a grade about lf” factor that hit does because they mostly felt like stronger than usual lf grade characters. Hit has his own really unique mechanic, not just “this character draws a card/gets buffs/ counters that the other ultras have.

Btw Goresh I've read a post on reddit that said (with proofs) that the new Equips that say "X% pure stat with three Rep/GT/XX battle members remaining" are just poorly translated/worded and work everytime, you just need the full lineup at start of game and they work the entire match. You probably should start with the blue card in time-skip for the extra 20% damage on the follow up cards, rather than use it at the end. Blue card ->Strikes->Ultimate is probably best. Otherwise, Blue card -> strikes -> Blue card might be ideal?
