I got an idea as to why they wait so long to return units on banners: They know that a lot of people skip most of the banners throughout the year so they can save for the big celebrations, so to counteract that, Toshi and his clowns are on purpose not bringing back units like Buu duo. From what I can tell, Pikkon isn't really meant to be used as a defensive character. His main role is to start a combo and then use as many green cards as possible to buy some time. Then, once the gauge is pretty full, he is just Rush fodder.

Basically all that I have been seeing is that this LF is mid. He doesn’t tank, damage is ok, banner is pretty bad, and the overall kit is just meh. I’m entirely skipping this banner. ULTRA Janemba is safe. I’ve seen enough vids where ULTRA Janemba was one comboing this unit that’s meant to be his counter. At TYPE DISADVANTAGE. That’s so bad for the new LF Pikkon/Gogeta lmao. And for anyone who complains about “oh, well Goresh has higher stars so it’s hard to gauge!” Gote has a showcase of a 6 star LF Pikkon/Gogeta and it’s pretty bad. PtP Goku was doing SO much better than LF Pikkon/Gogeta. This unit is a skip, I’m sticking with Orange Piccolo (who I’ve seen arguments is BETTER than this LF Pikkon/Gogeta) on my Movies team.
