If the new EXs are going to be like this, then they need to be 10% or at least 5% drops. Not less than the non-Goku/Bardock LF pull rates _on the same banner_ (0.2448% vs 0.25%).

The problem with that logic is that if EX characters were 10% then that means there can only be 10 characters on a banner if ALL the characters are EXs. And if 5% then only 20 characters. So, I think they should just make an EX featured character list for banners so that they can reduce the amount of EXs in the banner and increase their rates. That way, we could get EX pull percent to 1% per EX or something nicer than .249% or whatever it is.
