You have been out of the loop for a while if you think no blast armor on ult today is not supposed to be an abnormal negative . There are some rare newly buffed characters that made it work , this Vegeta got nothing to compensate with , this is also woth extra zenkai buffs . He is simply not meant to be played on these higher ranks .
