I beg to differ. Goku’s side is good. Not great but decent enough. Vegeta’s side is bad cause he doesn’t retain Goku’s 1 level of card draw speed per card used. Without that it’s a little difficult to get their tag gauge charged to switch back to Goku. He also doesn’t tank very well which is the whole point of Vegeta’s side

I tested out the unit, got them into prep mode against UVB. Used my green to counter and destroy his hand. Full hand. He immediately clicked 3 strikes back to back and killed Vegeta. Great unit

This wouldn’t work as well as intended, because there a lot of factors that influence whether a character is going to perform well or not in a match Aside of the equipments they’re using, you should consider the match-up of the enemy’s team as well as their equips, for instance So it’s really hard to compare “with and without equipment” because it would be really hard to Goresh to find two matches identically to each other, or even a singular enemy character built identically to each other (equipments)

Question. Does the special move buff A, activate on Vegeta’s green card during standby, and B, apply to the Transcendental Kamehameha? I think that might be why it was included, or just to give Vegeta a bit more edge before you fire it.

They are way too much star dependant like i fought him earlier on ranked pvp and that person had all the units 8 or 9 stars including 14 star pan but when goku did the transcended kmeha. It did like 30% hp of my tag gammas but when i landed my preparation mode it killed his 80% hp buu bros and put his team to 5% hp. Btw he had 3 godly equipments on everyone and here i had s,z and one godly equip. on units.

Kinda sad how people call this mid-garbage, when those same people want units to carry their game for them and to solo 1v3 in any situation. Goku and vegeta are completely fine, even amazing, with their unique equip, from my personal experience, they are MUCH better with it now as they don’t struggle as much to keep a combo going (or at least goku doesn’t). While their transcendent kamehameha doesn’t do insane damage, it does do quite a bit of damage to standby enemy members, easily can do a total of 4-5mil damage from that alone.

I'm a massive SSJ3 fan so this unit is a personal favourite of mine. Been using them since they released. This equip definitely makes a massive difference just thanks to the base stats cause they already have modern multipliers and great stats. I ran them earlier today for a few matches on a juiced set-up and just on the androids team on leader. They've been pretty good honestly. Much better than before than for sure. But this equip is just making them decent for the next week and then they'll be power crept very quickly again. What they needed was to make vegeta the most busted tank in the game. I'm talking 5% healing per card taken, stacking damage reduction per card used by the enemy and lowering arts power . He should've had the effects he gets when using a card when the enemy uses a card too( the healing and power down) and he should've stacked 4% damage reduction for 10-15 counts per card used by the enemy. That side of the character should be like standby vegeta of the buu duo in dokkan. Completely untouchable. Especially in standby mode but even out it. The ki recovery and card draw speed of vegeta is nonexistent. If they wanted him to tank he should've been a tankier version of recoome with recoome 5% healing. And if he stacked damage reduction they could've actually made that happen. And that's just the biggest issue in legends. The devs don't know what the f**k they're doing when it comes to kits honestly. This damage reduction stacking must happen eventually to actually make defensive characters a thing in this game. Offensive powercreep is insane in this game and the only defensive buffs to characters that we're getting are in forms of stats and 5% extra damage reduction every few months. That's nowhere near enough and that's why no unit in this game can actually tank. They need to make actual defensive units
