You know with this new unique guage mechanic, you know what would be another great unit for this style? A Goku & Piccolo from either the Saiyan Saga that does an LF with Piccolo's Special Beam Canon and Goku as the "Last Stand" unit or A Goku & Piccolo from the Namek Saga that does an LF of Goku doing the Spirit Bomb against Frieza with Piccolo as the "Last Stand" unit! That's not even acounting from the movies as we could also see a Orange Piccolo & Beast Gohan Duo unit where Piccolo is the "Last Stand" and Gohan does Special Beam Canon! This just brought a whole new list of future units!

Only criticism I have on the tag is when Goku is about to fire his unique attack, they should of recreated the scene where Goku says: " Majin Buu is so much stronger than anyone I've ever faced before.. but I know there's still a way to WIN!". I mean, this mechanic was a dub from the get go, as soon as it was introduced to Dokkan. I just want them to make more units like that, I just can't go back to uninteresting units that don't have cool mechanics. But that's just how I play the game (Dokkan), I need that roleplay element. But I get that some people solely like the team building aspect and are fine with a unit that just fits well in a team and is powerful. The animations are not that insane tbh though. I think they could have been inspired my the moves and shots in the anime more, but oh well, still cool.
