Another great option for Proud mode is Uni Rep believe it or not. Also, Proud is much better than Standard because it is much harder to lose in Proud because of some random bs (lag, 4 greens/blues in a row ...).

its gonna sounds super weird, but a f2p team too. sure they miss some cover changes, but they are super tanky. I do it for fun every now and again and its hilarious to see people lose to a full f2p team with their cryhan and uui
