You have to keep in mind Goresh's team is at its peak. 14 starred, max arts boosted, 14 star z abilities, zenkai buffs, and godly equipment. This team just can't compete against modern units like 17 and teams like son fam. This team uber juiced up to its max potential was barely holding on against meta teams. I forgot to mention the only reason goresh won against the team with 17, spirit bomb goku, and the tag 4's was because goresh got lucky and got his opportunity to rush 17. I'm not saying Goresh is bad or he only won that due to luck but without that rush on 17 Goresh would of lost easily. Even with a team with an outdated unit like ssj4 goku and vegeta was really giving goresh a hard time because of how powercrept the team is.

Fun fact the ginyu force was inspired by power rangers, but more interesting is that Akira Toriyama saw his son watching power rangers during when he was writing the namek saga and needed to create new fighters so he can hold off on moving to the freiza fight. Edit: it’s actually Super Sentai I was going off memory and thought it was power rangers…

It's A LOT more than that... they have extremely solid kits and are capable of doing so much it's kinda crazy. Their introduction was the beginning of the massive passive power creep we are experiencing now. It was just a terrible decisions for legends to allow units to do so much for so little effort. The best units in the game play themselves for half the match and there's very little to no counter play in some situations. They've ruined pvp.

For those who wanna play a lil more aggressive, a substitute for Green Ginyu would be Blue Zenkai Broly and Cheelai Assist, they Zenkai buff Jeice & Burter. However it is important to note you will not receive any HP buffs. So you can juggle between them and see which bench you like more

LF UI goku's auto dodge and auto win doki impact mechanic should have been the limit of that kind or stuff. Instead they went crazy and made units so strong that PVP is an absolute mess now. I have no idea why they would load up some of these kits so much. Ultra Gohan has EVERYTHING under the sun and it makes the matches incredibly toxic. I feel bad using him tbh, but there's so many people running cancerous teams that I have practically no choice but to use him. The most recent units have been such a disappointment for pvp balance.

@@Tigatron1448 Make the units strong but don't make them auto. Give them a counter gauge but make it self triggered by the user like VB/S17. Aoe greens, free blues /ults rewarding counter gauges, death AOEs, dokabaki draws etc. I'm okay with S17 destroying my team but i'm not okay with a single hp getting deleted off an auto counter gauge blue card/ult even if i win the game.

@@Tigatron1448 You might be using that crap gohan buddy but i despise summoning on such characters. I just use other meta units. S17 just rewards you for attacking. That green card might be toxic for some but imo the best play is to not let your opponent know that you've that card rather sitting at the back doing nothing. I do think S17 is #1 but son family is annoying AF to fight.

I started DBL when the ginyu team came out the end of August. I got all 3 and had fun with them. Then got zenkais and they were great even with my noob skill. Now I'm better and can use them fully but such stronger units now😢

Im glad so many kids play this game and aren't fans of the ginyu force. In all 100% honesty, i am FAR MORE worried about facing them, than facing just about any LF and most of the ultra units. With gohan and 17 being the obvious exceptions, the ginyu force is just way to damn good and can easily compete with almost any LF or ultra units even in today's meta. I still remember the reveals trailer for the ginyu force and so many people kept saying that the devs fumbled the characters. In my mind, i was like, oh, your poor misguided children, your don't seem to understand the splendor and majesty that is, ginyu force. I knew instantly that they were, not only going to be broken, but that they would age very well. Fun to use, Nightmare to face. The only characters that the devs continue to fumble intentionally, to this day, are Vegeta and Kefla units. Yeah, the devs have made it painstakingly clear that they do not like either of these two characters.

@@oachilis You misunderstand me, i never said Kefla herself was, What i'm saying is that the devs design her bad, as in, she doesn't age well. Be honest, have you seen at least 20-40 matches with any kefla being used, not just as a bench unit, but as an actual competing unit. Also, im still waiting for them to drop a garlic jr unit. I would gladly run him on regen I have always like the idea of either piccolo or kami having an arch-foe that specifically challenges both the god-hood and demon king title of those two characters.
