21:57 It's the beauty of this team 'RR'. I use this team and it's quite good. He got the rush before you because Supreme Kai gives dragon balls when he switches out (twice). And Supreme Kai is very underrated, he can tank anyone for the first 60 counts and his card locking is insane. Shin saves me from all the yellows in this meta.

The bias is insane by goresh, when the Buu Duo where taking 25% every blast card by OMEGA SHENRON type disadvantage he says they are dogshit, the Gammas get melted and he says that's not the point of the character. The buu duo is objectively the better unit and as we give it more time we will see them in a better spot than the Gammas
