This Vegeta shines in killing people from his ult, and will be an effective TC staller with his long combos - that is his role on the team, in my opinion, and he does that nicely, so I believe he is a great Zenkai. However, he does lack key features which units in this meta should have, like: Endurance nullification, restore ki on green, a balanced offensive focus, which will 100% make him a hinderance down the line.
