Dragon Ball Misconceptions: Toriyama Demoting Gohan

I'm happy now they're giving Gohan more the spotlight.

It`s a shame that the fan-mail Toriyama-sensei used to receive wasn`t published or translated like we have in One Piece SBS... Since I have this headcanon that someone made fan of Sensei for copying Jojo Kimiyou na Bouken... making Gohan a Legacy protagonist as Joseph Joestar... Although the most accepted hypothesis is that passing the torch to Gohan could extend the story ad nauseum et infinitum... and sensei was tired... so it had to end with Goku, for better or for worse... And yes giving Gohan a rival would do wonders for the series, but who could be this rival? Z tried making Videl a rival protagonist and it went so well that Gohan married her already... and Super tried making Barry Kahn a love rival and it was that weaksauce of a filler... And well made someone in the academic field? Although I can't see this as a success either... It's just me or it's very difficult to create new dynamics for a Dragon Ball character that doesn't engage in fighting? Até mais ver mr. Poneis
